You can see all their transactions with the push of a button. I think one of the best features for our facility, because we have so many venues, is the Payment Category tracking. It allows you to see the income from each venue instantly. Another feature is that is automatically puts in the discount for multiple classes or families. No figuring this out manually anymore. What a time saver! The newest feature we are taking advantage of is the on-line registration. Letting parents enroll their children on-line saves the office staff inputting that information. You have your clients billing information and can receive their payment by credit card instantly. We have parents on auto pay and the first of the month we push one button and they all are paid automatically. This is absolutely wonderful. We have also started using the attendance and make-up features of Orell Honeycomb. It is so much easier to schedule make-ups and absences. Record tracking is a breeze.
