e-HR Manager is software designed and implemented with the objective of assessment & evaluation of the workforce in the College. It also includes tools for fine-polishing the skills of the workforce by imparting the required training, certified courses & workshops for selected groups of teachers, if necessary. Punctuality of attendance is maintained by sticking to pre-determined schedules. Performance evaluation based on exam results, work load analysis, assessment through parents/students feedback etc are some of the other features.
